Established in 2011, San Francisco Stables is owned by Juan Francisco “Panchito” Orduño. As a champion bull rider from 1989 – 2004, Panchito participated in many prestigious rodeos and bull riding events in the U.S. and Mexico. He has worked in rodeo operations, ranching, feedlots and as a livestock hauler with his own trucking business. He now manages the day-to-day operations of San Francisco Stables, where he welcomes not only his human and animal clients, but also enjoys having visitors drop by just to enjoy themselves strolling the grounds. Panchito’s expertise also includes brokering livestock crossings into Mexico from the U.S. He secures health certificates from a local veterinary familiar with all requirements of both the United States Department of Agriculture (U.S.D.A.) and the Mexican Government’s Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fishing, and Food (SAGARPA). .
